The fluidization plate is installed at the lower part of the injection tank or pulverized coal bunker. It is a special gas introduction device for pulverized coal storage and injection equipment. It is used to evenly and stably guide the gas into the bottom of the container to loosen or fluidize the pulverized coal, so as to ensure the smooth transportation of pulverized coal.
The component is composed of a central porous substrate and a microporous breathable material. Q235-A steel plate and stainless steel microporous sintered plate are processed and manufactured respectively. The fluidization plate is generally installed in the lower part of the injection tank or pulverized coal bunker by flange clamping.
The installation of the fluidization plate should strictly follow the marked direction, with the side of the welded microporous breathable material facing downwards, and it is strictly prohibited to install it upside down.
