The pickling line is divided into continuous type, push-pull type, and carbon steel and stainless-steel pickling. The pickling tank adopts ultra-shallow tank turbulence pickling process, equipped with high-performance laser welder and tension leveler, as well as high-precision side trimmer with independent intellectual property rights. The rinse section is equipped with a five level counter-flow cascade rinse tank, which can remove the residual acid liquid on the strip surface more efficiently. The specially designed acid mist purification system has better absorption effect, more water-saving, stable emission indicators, and Hcl exhaust emissions of ≤ 10mg/Nm3, which can achieve ultra-low emissions. Various types of general contracting solutions for pickling line can be supplied to domestic and foreign users.
