The distributor is a device that evenly distributes the coal powder flow from the main coal injection pipe to the coal injection branch pipe. This device can be installed on the blast furnace tuyere platform or above the tuyere platform.

This device is composed of coal inlet main pipe, distribution room and coal injection branch pipe. The diameter and quantity of main pipe and branch pipe can be adjusted appropriately according to the process requirements.To suppress wear, hard alloy and ceramic lined materials are installed in the distribution room. The distribution cone surface is welded with 2-3mm wear-resistant materials, and each branch pipe can also be provided with ceramic lined elbow.To ensure distribution accuracy, the coal injection main pipe at the bottom of the distributor should have a vertical section of 2-3m as much as possible, and the equivalent length of the coal injection branch pipe connected to the blast furnace tuyere should also be as consistent as possible.During use, the top cover of the distributor should be regularly opened to remove debris.
