Blast moisture is an important process parameter for blast furnace operation. This device can directly and accurately measure the moisture content of blast furnace blowing, and is a necessary detection device for blast furnace operators to understand the impact of actual moisture content changes on blast furnace operation, as well as to use the adjustment of moisture content to control the operation status of blast furnace.
2.Measurement Theory
High temperature and high-pressure polymer film measuring probe and special signal conversion processing system are used to directly measure the moisture content in blast furnace cold air, and the measurement results are output in the unit of absolute moisture content under standard state.
3.Device Composition
(1) Insertion sampling unit: including stainless steel sampling probe, sampling tube, high-temperature ball valve, filter, pressure transmitter, needle valve, connecting pipe, electric tracing, insulation pipe, etc.;
(2) Measurement unit: including a constant temperature box, measuring cylinder, humidity measurement probe, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, needle valve, flow meter, electric heater, temperature transmitter, etc.;
(3) Control unit: PLC, solenoid valve, solid state relay, etc.;
