The new alcohol-based fuel is obtained through technological improvements on the basis of traditional methanol fuel, in terms of calorific value, viscosity, flame temperature, and other aspects. Through modification, the conventional natural gas combustion system can be replaced with an alcohol-based fuel + natural gas dual purpose low nitrogen combustion system to achieve better environmental characteristics. In 2019, the dual-purpose low nitrogen burner entered industrial use and passed the standardized testing of the China Special Equipment Testing and Research Institute, effectively meeting the emission standards for clean combustion. The combustion capacity is 200-6000kw/set, and the nitrogen oxide emissions are no more than 80mg/m3.
